HCCI is a community resource, a catalyst for action, and a champion of equity and inclusiveness. To achieve
its goals HCCI has addressed and is presently addressing issues of Anti-Racism, Social Inclusion, Leadership
Development, Political Education and Awareness, Social and Economic Education, and Capacity-Building.
To effectively implement its three year plan and carry out its mandate, HCCI continues to facilitate several focus
